They say that there are foot prints of Lord Buddha in the Temple on Bu Bu Island, that’s according to the Myth and it is certainly worth exploring this beautiful little Island. The Island is not exactly remote but not many people are able to get to it, as there are no organized tours that come here.

We begin our Cruise at 9:00 am, leaving for Kho Thanan Island for swimming and kayaking on a lonely, secluded beach, where no tourists are found. With this Tour we are constantly in the shadow of Big Buddha, who is quietly watching over us as we cruise along.
A short hop takes us over to Kho Lon Island for more white sandy beaches and swimming. Wild jungles and lovely natural plants surround us and you will feel as if you have entered the “Garden of Eden”, with gently swaying palm trees and gorgeous white soft sand under foot.
Leisurely cruising on to the far side of Coral Island, away from the majority of tourists, here you will discover a sheltered cove, perfect for clear water snorkelling and swimming with tropical fish. A wonderful spot to explore on foot or kayak with patches of white sand and rocks, with easy access. Moving on, we hop over to Kho Bon Island, which is covered in deserted beaches and also great for snorkelling, swimming and exploring.
Then it’s a short ride to Bu Bu Island, where resides a unique Buddhist Temple, perched on the rocks at the water’s edge. Here it is said there are foot prints of Lord Buddha, imbedded in concrete, for all to see. There are Monks on this beautiful Island, they can give you their blessings and you will receive a lucky wrist band in return for a kind donation.
And all the time Big Buddha is watching over us as we slowly cruise along at a relaxed and leisurely pace, while enjoying delicious food and drinks onboard. If there is time, we will cruise around the tip of Promthep Cape, to the secluded beach of Nai Harn, while basking in the splendour of a Phuket sunset…
All our Charters on our Luxury Cruiser the “Pitta” are a full board experience to include plenty of scrumptious Thai and Western meals, hot and cold snacks, fresh fruit, soft drinks, coffee/tea, water and beer. We also have kayaks, snorkelling equipment and light fishing gear at your disposal.
2 Days or More Join-In or Private Charter Live-a-Board Cruises Available on Request and We can Customise Itineraries to Suit
Each boat trip has its minimum cost. This includes: charter fee, fuel, water, fruit and drinks and the wages for the crew. This value is divided equally by the number of guests. Therefore, the best prices for Eco Tours in Thailand are achievable when the number of visitors reaches 8 to 10 people. However, the minimum cost of the tour is greatly enhanced for couples, lovers and small groups of travelers. RiverRovers eliminates this disadvantage and makes Private Boat Tours on Phuket more accessible. We use an individual approach to pricing and apply different pricing policy for small groups of travelers or newlyweds who are willing to spend their honeymoon with us.
