On your magical journey of discovery to The River Mudong, you can kayak and have fun feeding the wild monkeys. There are many species of wild birds to be observed as we cruise gently by. The Thai villagers waving excitedly from the banks, marveling at how this cruiser can get into their river, crossing the shallow bar which excludes all other tourist vessels. Don't forget your cameras and binoculars. There will be many opportunities for pictures on this trip.
We then move off to Crystal Bay on Lon Island, where you can swim, snorkel, kayak or explore this magical island with its hidden beaches. The last stretch for today takes us to Maphrao Island (coconut island) through the Thi Chin Canal, which is home to the busy Rassada Port, you will see colourful fishing vessels from around Asia. We go under the bridge and into the mangroves, still waters and serenity so beautiful.
From the end of the canal we cross Maphrao Bay and through the channel to the floating restaurants where we will tie up to Bang Eet Restaurant for the night, you will spend an enjoyable time at this typical Thai Restaurant, socializing, kayaking and fishing amongst the floating fish farms. As the sun sets along this peaceful channel you will be treated to a superb seafood super, with fish and seafood taken from the traps on the restaurant. It doesn't come fresher than that.
Enjoy a romantic night on board the yacht, under the stars. In the morning you will be awoken by the birds and the lapping of the water against the hull. Ease into the day watching the fish swimming around the yacht and sea eagles looking for a fresh breakfast, whilst our cook is preparing a scrumptious English breakfast with all the trimmings. The aroma of bacon and onions in the fresh air.
The Sea Gypsy Village is our next stop, where you will see rubber plantations, buy batic art work, stroll through the village and see the local island school. There are longtail boats being built on the beach with techniques that are centuries old. It's scruffy but interesting. This is "Real Thailand" not dressed up for tourists, no bright lights here. A lonely island awaits our next stop, uninhabited, with no tourists, only you to play on it, kayaking, swimming or fishing if you wish.
There are secluded hidden beaches just five minutes away or kayak to them and explore at your leisure. Then it's a gentle cruise home stopping on the many secluded beaches. In the mean time our cook will be preparing your Thai Style lunch to be had whenever you wish.
